How distance counseling works: after a client has signed up, they log in to DiNuzzo Counseling’s portal. Inside the portal, the client schedules appointments, writes journal entries, receives resources, makes payments, as well as receives counseling through video chat. The system is, as mentioned above, HIPAA compliant, making it safe and secure, right from the privacy of the client’s home, office, or other suitable location.
